Ng Back Teng
Non-Executive Chairman
Currently, Ng serves as the Executive Chairman of Astino Berhad, a public listed company in Malaysia. His journey in the corporate world began after completing his upper secondary education in 1967. With an impressive 25 years of international work experience, he has held the position of Mining Supervisor at British Phosphate Co. Ltd on Christmas Island, Australia, and worked as a Production Executive at Elson Engineering Company. Notably, Ng plays a pivotal role in driving the growth of the Group’s metal roofing and awning products.
Dr Cheah Soo Jin
Independent Director
Dr. Cheah Soo Jin earned his Doctor of Philosophy degree in management accounting from the Universiti Sains Malaysia in September 2012 and his Master of Business Administration from the Universiti Utara Malaysia in 2007. In addition, he is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (U.K.), a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, and an Associate of the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia.
He was a teacher in accounting for about 14 years prior to joining the private sector in 1983. Since then, he has been involved in financial management, corporate management and advisory services, having been appointed as company director in several companies both in Malaysia and abroad. He also served as an accounting lecturer at Universiti Sains Malaysia for 7 years.
Chiok Kian Chau
Executive Director
A total of 17 years of experiences in financial professional services including corporate audit, secretarial, financial due diligence, merger & acquisition, public company restructuring, tax planning, financial planning, and other business advisory. He holds a degree in Bachelor of Accounting (Honors), University Utara Malaysia. He also a member of Malaysia Institute of Public Accountants, Chartered Accountant.
He was appointed as Independent director and subsequently as Chairman of Mayu Global Group Berhad (previously known as ATTA Global Group Berhad), a public company handling high complexity corporate issues and challenging crisis. He is presently one of the directors in Consortium Zenith Construction Sdn. Bhd. an infrastructure, construction, and development company engaging in mega infrastructure projects and development projects in Malaysia.
Ch’ng Jay Min
Executive Director
A dedicated and accomplished professional who holds a Master of Arts (MA) in Accounting and Business Finance from the esteemed Heriot-Watt University in the United Kingdom. Having unwavering passion for prudent financial control and stable business management, has driven her career to excel in the world of finance and business.
Her knowledge and experiences with the esteemed and globally recognized Big 4 firm, Ernst & Young, makes her a highly motivated professional with a strong desire to excel in the field of audit and accounting.
Wong Wan Chin
Non-Executive Director
Ms. Wong Wan Chin is our Non-Executive Director and was appointed to our Board on 10th October 2023.
Ms. Wong graduated from the University of Malaya in 1999 with a Bachelor of Laws and was admitted as Advocate & Solicitor of the Bar Council Malaysia in 2000. She has twenty-three (23) years of working experience in the legal field.
Presently, Ms. Wong is the managing partner of the law firm Messrs Wong & Loh, which has seven (7) offices in Malaysia. Her areas of practice include banking and finance, corporate and commercial, real estate, trust, wills, estate administration and family law.
In view of her broad experience in the corporate and commercial area, Ms. Wong has been appointed as Independent Non-Executive Chairman for VOLCANO BERHAD and Independent Non-Executive Director of HHRG BERHAD, both companies are listed on BURSA MALAYSIA. She is also an Independent Non-Executive Director of LMS COMPLIANCE LTD, a company listed on the SINGAPORE EXCHANGE (SGX).
Ms Wong is also the legal advisor of Federation of Malaysian Foundry Engineering Industries Associations and one of the committee members of the Penang Chinese Chamber of Commerce. Due to her immense contribution to the community and to the state of Penang, she has been conferred the title of Darjah Johan Negeri (DJN) on the 26th July 2017 by the Penang State Governor.

He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Wawasan Open University and a dedicated and passionate professional with a profound enthusiasm for retirement services and planning. Developed a deep-seated commitment to helping individuals achieve financial security and peace of mind during their retirement years. His passion for retirement planning is rooted in the belief that a well-prepared retirement not only enhances the quality of life for retirees but also contributes to the overall stability of our society.

Lee Wei Ee
Compliance Officer
Ms LEE WEI EE completed her law degree, LL.B. (Hons) from National University of Malaysia (UKM) and was admitted to the Malaysian Bar in May 2009. She has fourteen (14) years working experience in the legal field. Before she joined the Company, her areas of practice include banking and finance, corporate and commercial, real estate, trust, wills and estate administration.
She has advised clients on trust creation, administration, and estate planning, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. She has involved in drafting of trusts documents and will to tailor solutions to clients’ unique need.
She has also conducted educational sharing sessions on will, trust and estate planning to the agency and public.
